How do I receive my gift card?

Your code (and PIN or redemption link, if the brand uses one) appears on your order page as soon as the order is complete, and we email you a link to it. For your security, codes are never sent in the email itself.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

Yes. In your cart, choose “Send as a gift” and enter their name, email and an optional message. We email them their gift once it is ready.

Which country should I choose?

Gift cards only work in the country they are issued for. Pick the country where the card will be used with the selector at the top of the page.

I lost my order link

Use “Find my orders” and we will email you a link to every order placed with your email address.

Can I get a refund?

Delivered codes can’t be returned, but if we can’t deliver an order you are not charged or you get a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
